Background: R2-F1P was an R2-series astromech droid with white, silver, yellow, and orange plating and a black sensor. Like all R2 astromech droids, it stood 0.96 meters tall and was manufactured by Industrial Automaton. Its status indicator could be red or blue in color when on.
In 13 BBY, R2-F1P was present in Coronet Spaceport in Coronet City on the planet Corellia. Following a security alert being sounded in the spaceport after a breach of the customs gates, the droid rolled past a human family being violently separated by Imperial stormtroopers.
